Nudge for Better is not responsible for the misusage of a customer's credit card online. The customer should get in touch with their bank if any purchases are made using their card.

Once an order is placed, we will be sending the confirmation electronically through Email to your registered Email id.

All prices posted on this website are subject to change without notice. In case there are any additional charges or taxes, it will be mentioned in the website. Custom charges are not under our control and has to be borne by the recipient during delivery.

Payments- We accept Cash on Delivery and Credit Cards. For some Credit card or PayPal transactions, some documents might be requested by the payment gateway for verification purpose. Once the documents are sent by the customer, the order will be processed only after verification by the payment gateway.

Note : Some international banks might charge the conversion fee for other currencies, which we are not aware of. This depends on the bank and it will be charged to the customers credit card and Nudge for Better will not be liable for these charges.

 

Non-Serviceable Areas

Since the couriers does the delivery, there are some non-serviceable areas and once the order comes, we will inform the customer to provide an alternate address or collect from the nearest courier office.

Return of Products - We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are defective, wrongly delivered, wrong product, damaged during transit, incomplete package etc. subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within 2 days from the time of receipt of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition.

Stocks - Nudge for Better is not responsible for the stocks mentioned in the website. If the stock is not available, Nudge for Better deserves the right to cancel the order.

Protection of Your Account: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You shall be responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password.

Product Description - Nudge for Better makes no warranties that the product description and any other content of its site are accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. If the product offered by Nudge for Better is not as described then it has to be returned in its unused condition with box sealed pack. Nudge for Better does not take the liabilities of images, product descriptions & prices in the website. We ensure to provide the accurate detail, but if any details are incorrect, we do not take responsibility of the same.
