Cancellation And Returns


No Returns are permitted in Nudge for Once the order is placed, cancellation can be done if the product has not been dispatched from our end. We ensure to dispatch the correct product ordered, and all warranties has to be claimed as per the warranty policy mentioned. 


If the order is placed using Credit card, then after cancellation the refund will be done to the credit card only. If the customer chooses Cash on Delivery payment option, no cancellations are allowed once the product is being delivered to the customer. If the payment method is Gift coupon, then a new gift coupon will be issued if the product is not available with the Supplier.

Nudge for Better doesn't guarantee the availability of the products mentioned in the site. If the product is not available, the order will be cancelled and refund would be processed for Credit Card / PayPal / PointsPay orders.

There will be no Cancellation or Refunds for Pre-Orders or Gift Cards. All Pre-Orders are mentioned in the website and order is placed with the Supplier once we receive the orders from Customers and allocated for that customer only. Also no cancellation or refunds are provided for Gift Cards which are E-Mail delivery as the codes are sent to the registered E-Mail address and it cannot be changed or sent to another customer.


If the order is received in a damaged condition, then the product will be replaced with a new one from our end. Please ensure to intimate us immediately if the product is received in a damaged condition within 2 days of receiving the same so that the investigation team will check the issue with the courier partner and update us. The replacement will be sent once the investigation is done. We won’t be able to provide a replacement if it is not intimated to us immediately. In cases where the Free Gift delivered is intact, then the customer has to send the actual defective product only and we will be replacing it with a new product.

Pick Up Process

If the product is damaged during delivery, we will ensure to pick up the damaged product and send a new one at no extra cost.
